Dr. Lu Jianhong

Dr. Jianhong Lu, a doctoral student supervisor, previously worked as a researcher at the University of Pennsylvania. She holds the position of researcher and is currently working at the Department of Medical Microbiology, School of Basic Medical Science, Central South University, Changsha, China. She is mainly engaged in virology and oncology research. At present, she is mainly engaged in the research of EBV and related diseases. She has presided over five projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and seven provincial or ministerial projects. She has obtained one national invention patent. She is responsible for the teaching of virology to undergraduates and teaches several postgraduate courses. She is a member of the International Research Association for EBV and Related Diseases, the Chinese Association of Pathophysiology, and the Chinese Association of Microbiology. She is a review expert for the funding of national, provincial, or ministerial projects. She has also served as a peer reviewer, as well as guest executive editor or editorial board member of a number of journals.
