Jiangwei Han, born in November 1983, holds a bachelor's degree and is a senior agronomist. He has been engaged in crop variety management and agricultural technology promotion for a long time. A third-level expert of the "333 Talent Project" in Hebei Province, he is now working at the Shijiazhuang Seed Management Station. He has won four scientific and technological achievement awards of the National Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fishery Harvest Award, the second prize of Hebei Province Mountain Entrepreneurship Award, the third prize of the Provincial Mountain Area Entrepreneurship Award, presided over and participated in eleven projects, four patents, five standards, published fifteen papers, and participated in the compilation of five treatises. In 2024, he was selected by the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau as the "Shijiazhuang Agricultural Science and Technology Commissioner".
