Face recognition (FR) is a technique for recognizing individuals through the use of face photographs. The FR technology is widely applicable in a variety of fields, including security, biometrics, authentication, law enforcement, smart cards, and surveillance. Recent advances in deep learning (DL) models, particularly convolutional neural networks (CNNs), have demonstrated promising results in the field of FR. CNN models that have been pretrained can be utilized to extract characteristics for effective FR. In this regard, this research introduces the GWOECN‐FR approach, a unique grey wolf optimization with an enhanced capsule network‐based deep transfer learning model for real‐time face recognition. The proposed GWOECN‐FR approach is primarily concerned with reliably and rapidly recognizing faces in input photos. Additionally, the GWOECN‐FR approach is preprocessed in two steps, namely, data augmentation and noise reduction by bilateral filtering (BF). Additionally, for feature vector extraction, an expanded capsule network (ECN) model can be used. Additionally, grey wolf optimization (GWO) combined with a stacked autoencoder (SAE) model is used to identify and classify faces in images. The GWO algorithm is used to optimize the SAE model’s weight and bias settings. The GWOECN‐FR technique’s performance is validated using a benchmark dataset, and the results are analyzed in a variety of aspects. The GWOECN‐FR approach achieved a TST of 0.03 s on the FEI dataset, whereas the AlexNet‐SVM, ResNet‐SVM, and AlexNet models achieved TSTs of 0.125 s, 0.0051 s, and 0.0062 s, respectively. The experimental results established that the GWOECN‐FR technology outperformed more contemporary approaches.

With the advancements in data mining, wearables, and cloud computing, online disease diagnosis services have been widely employed in the e-healthcare environment and improved the quality of the services. The e-healthcare services help to reduce the death rate by the earlier identification of the diseases. Simultaneously, heart disease (HD) is a deadly disorder, and patient survival depends on early diagnosis of HD. Early HD diagnosis and categorization play a key role in the analysis of clinical data. In the context of e-healthcare, we provide a novel feature selection with hybrid deep learning-based heart disease detection and classification (FSHDL-HDDC) model. The two primary preprocessing processes of the FSHDL-HDDC approach are data normalisation and the replacement of missing values. The FSHDL-HDDC method also necessitates the development of a feature selection method based on the elite opposition-based squirrel searchalgorithm (EO-SSA) in order to determine the optimal subset of features. Moreover, an attention-based convolutional neural network (ACNN) with long short-term memory (LSTM), called (ACNN-LSTM) model, is utilized for the detection of HD by using medical data. An extensive experimental study is performed to ensure the improved classification performance of the FSHDL-HDDC technique. A detailed comparison study reported the betterment of the FSHDL-HDDC method on existing techniques interms of different performance measures. The suggested system, the FSHDL-HDDC, has reached its maximum level of accuracy, which is 0.9772.

Several studies aimed at improving healthcare management have shown that the importance of healthcare has grown in recent years. In the healthcare industry, effective decision-making requires multicriteria group decision-making. Simultaneously, big data analytics could be used to help with disease detection and healthcare delivery. Only a few previous studies on large-scale group decision-making (LSDGM) in the big data-driven healthcare Industry 4.0 have focused on this topic. The goal of this work is to improve healthcare management decision-making by developing a new MapReduce-based LSDGM model (MR-LSDGM) for the healthcare Industry 4.0 context. Clustering decision-makers (DM), modelling DM preferences, and classification are the three stages of the MR-LSDGM technique. Furthermore, the DMs are subdivided using a novel biogeography-based optimization (BBO) technique combined with fuzzy C-means (FCM). The subgroup preferences are then modelled using the two-tuple fuzzy linguistic representation (2TFLR) technique. The final classification method also includes a feature extractor based on long short-term memory (LSTM) and a classifier based on an ideal extreme learning machine (ELM). MapReduce is a data management platform used to handle massive amounts of data. A thorough set of experimental analyses is carried out, and the results are analysed using a variety of metrics.

Heart disease prediction using machine learning methods faces various challenges, such as low data quality, missing irrelevant values, and underfit and overfit problems, which increase the time complexity and degrade the model's prediction performance. Moreover, the hybrid models for heart disease prediction showed poor accuracy due to the irrelevancy in the dataset. Therefore, a search optimizer with a deep convolutional neural network coupled with a Deep Bidirectional long short-term memory classifier (SCN-Deep BiLSTM) is proposed to handle the abovementioned issue. The importance of SCN-Deep BiLSTM relies upon establishing the spatial information and temporal features from the ECG signals that support learning while minimizing the computational complexity associated with learning from raw signals. The SCN-Deep BiLSTM model achieves the accuracy, F-score, precision, recall, and critical success index of 0.97, 0.97, 0.98, 0.99, and 0.97, respectively for 80% of model training, whereas the SCN-Deep BiLSTM model attained 0.97, 0.98, 0.96, 0.94, and 0.96 for accuracy, F-score, precision, recall and critical success index, respectively when K-Fold is 10. The performance outcome emphasizes the model’s efficacy and accurate prediction and classification of heart disease.
