My research goal is to generate various mouse models for a variety of human cancer and infections and validate some novel developing peptides and check their therapeutic or diagnostic efficacy. Evaluate the immune-tolerance levels, pharmacokinetics and tumor regression capabilities of these novel agents. My study aims to elucidate the differences in the gene expression profiles and signaling pathways in tumor microenvironment.
