Quy-Thinh Dao earned both his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam, in 2007 and 2010, respectively. Subsequently, he completed his Ph.D. in Functional Control Systems at the Shibaura Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 2019.
