Agnese Secondo is a professor of Pharmacology at the University of Naples "Federico II". She is involved in studying organellar calcium dysfunction in several neurodegenerative diseases including stroke and ALS. She is particularly interested to study the interplay between lysosome and endoplasmic reticulum related to the dysfunctional autophagy during neurodegeneration.
