Dr. Beyza Hatice Ulusoy graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. In the same year, she worked in the Food Control Laboratory at the Consumer Protection Association. Between 2001 and 2007, she worked as a research assistant while continuing her Ph.D. in the Food Hygiene and Technology Department of Istanbul University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. In September 2007, she worked as an Assistant Professor at Beykent University. She gave lectures on food microbiology and food safety topics in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Halic University and the Vocational School of Cookery at Beykent University between 2007 and 2010. At the same time, she worked as an educational supervisor at Academic Hygiene Education, a consultancy services company. Between 2010 and 2016, she worked as a lecturer at Istanbul Bilgi University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, and served as department chair for a year. In September 2016, she started working as a lecturer in the Department of Food Hygiene and Technology at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Near East University. In 2018, she became an Associate Professor. Besides teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, she is also a member of the Health Research Institute Board.
