Prof. Dr. Henry Colorado

Henry A. Colorado is currently a Full Professor of Engineering at the Universidad de Antioquia, Colombia. He has produced over 30 journal papers. He earned his PhD in 2013 in Materials Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. He received an M.S. and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the National University of Colombia in 2005. He is a Director at the CCComposites Laboratory, Universidad de Antioquia. He was a  Research Aide at the Argonne National Laboratory, Energy Technology Division, in 2011. He won the SHPE Foundation Academic Scholarship from the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers Inc. USA in 2013. He is a member of the President’s Council of Student Advisors (PCSA) of the American Ceramic Society.
