In recent years, evolutionary game theory has been gradually applied to analyze and predict network attack and defense for maintaining cybersecurity. The traditional deterministic game model cannot accurately describe the process of actual network attack and defense due to changing in the set of attack-defense strategies and external factors (such as the operating environment of the system). In this paper, we construct a stochastic evolutionary game model by the stochastic differential equation with Markov property. The evolutionary equilibrium solution of the model is found and the stability of the model is proved according to the knowledge of the stochastic differential equation. And we apply the explicit Euler numerical method to analyze the evolution of the strategy selection of the players for different problem situations. The simulation results show that the stochastic evolutionary game model proposed in this paper can get a steady state and obtain the optimal defense strategy under the action of the stochastic disturbance factor. In addition, compared with other kinds of literature, we can conclude that the return on security investment of this model is better, and the strategy selection of the attackers and defenders in our model is more suitable for actual network attack and defense.

This study proposes a novel and comprehensive boat-assisted drone inspection scheme for offshore wind farms. Specifically, we develop a unique wireless communication model, a detailed wind turbine blade detection model, and a route planning scheme for the drone and boat to formulate the minimum energy consumption problem for drone inspection. Then, we demonstrate that this problem is a combinatorial optimization mixed-integer nonlinear programming problem, which we solve by decomposing the optimization problem into four subproblems. Moreover, an improved heuristic algorithm is constructed to solve the optimum energy consumption problem, exploiting these subproblems. The simulation results indicate that the proposed scheme achieves optimal energy consumption for boat-assisted drone inspection. Furthermore, compared with the existing methods, the proposed algorithm obtains the lowest total energy consumption and provides a higher route planning performance for the unmanned aerial vehicle and boat when utilized for offshore wind farm inspection.

Task offloading and resource allocation is a research hotspot in cloud-edge collaborative computing. Many existing pieces of research adopted single-agent reinforcement learning to solve this problem, which has some defects such as low robustness, large decision space, and ignoring delayed rewards. In view of the above deficiencies, this paper constructs a cloud-edge collaborative computing model, and related task queue, delay, and energy consumption model, and gives joint optimization problem modeling for task offloading and resource allocation with multiple constraints. Then, in order to solve the joint optimization problem, this paper designs a decentralized offloading and scheduling scheme based on “task-oriented” multi-agent reinforcement learning. In this scheme, we present information synchronization protocols and offloading scheduling rules and use edge servers as agents to construct a multi-agent system based on the Actor–Critic framework. In order to solve delayed rewards, this paper models the offloading and scheduling problem as a “task-oriented” Markov decision process. This process abandons the commonly used equidistant time slot model but uses dynamic and parallel slots in the step of task processing time. Finally, an offloading decision algorithm TOMAC-PPO is proposed. The algorithm applies the proximal policy optimization to the multi-agent system and combines the Transformer neural network model to realize the memory and prediction of network state information. Experimental results show that this algorithm has better convergence speed and can effectively reduce the service cost, energy consumption, and task drop rate under high load and high failure rates. For example, the proposed TOMAC-PPO can reduce the average cost by from 19.4% to 66.6% compared to other offloading schemes under the same network load. In addition, the drop rate of some baseline algorithms with 50 users can achieve 62.5% for critical tasks, while the proposed TOMAC-PPO only has 5.5%.

In the mobile edge computing (MEC) platform, tasks that are being performed often change due to mobile device migration. In order to improve the energy utilization of the MEC platform and the migration process of the mobile terminal and to ensure effective and continuous operation of services, dynamic service migration strategy with energy optimization is required. Aiming at the problem of energy consumption optimization of dynamic service migration with the far-near effect in mobile networks, this article proposes a dynamic service migration strategy with energy optimization, which ensures the performance requirements of the service by considering the minimum energy cost of the relevant equipment during the dynamic migration process. First, by analyzing the relationship between migration distance and equipment transmit power, the energy consumption model associated with the migration distance is established. Then, according to the task dynamic service migration scenario, the dynamic service migration energy consumption model is constructed, so as to obtain the reward function for migrating energy consumption. Finally, the dynamic service migration strategy with energy optimization is realized through the optimal migration energy consumption expectation, which is obtained by the optimal stopping theory. The experimental results show that the optimization strategy proposed in this article can effectively reduce the energy consumption of dynamic service migration in different simulation environments and can improve the dynamic migration performance.
