Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental Sciences and Renewable Natural Resources (University of Chile). He is a founding member of the Laboratory of Territorial Analysis (LAT). His research has focused on understanding the territorial problems associated with water management in different basins in Chile to contribute to developing more sustainable alternatives based on local interests and knowledge.
