Kazuyuki Matsumoto received his Ph.D degree in 2008 from the Faculty of Engineering at Tokushima University. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at Tokushima University. His research interests include affective computing, artificial intelligence, Kansei robotics, and natural language processing. He is a member of the Association for the Advancement of Affective Computing (AAAC), the Association for Natural Language Processing (ANLP), the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan (IEEJ), the Japan Society of Kansei Engineering (JSKE), the Japanese Society for Artificial Intelligence (JSAI), the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE), the Human Interface Society (HIS), and the Information Processing Society of Japan (IPSJ).
