Eugene Levner received his Ph.D. in Computer and Systems Science (1972) from the USSR  Acadeny of Sciences, Moscow. He was awarded Professor rank from Tel-Aviv University, Israel, in 2002. He is currently Professor-Emeritus at the Holon Institute of Technology, Holon, Israel. He is a member of the Editorial Board of Algorithms. His research interests are in robotic scheduling, scheduling theory, algorithm complexity, fast algorithms, cybersecurity, and soft computing.
