Dr. Maycon Sedrez is a Brazilian architect and urban designer with background research in computational design, architecture and complexity. He explored fractal geometry, automation, prototyping and digital fabrication applied to the design process at University of Campinas in Brazil and TU Eindhoven in Netherlands. In 2019, he completed a PostDoc at the Institute for Sustainable Urbanism in Germany focusing on parametric design and urbanism, new technologies, and urban-rural relations. He is currently teaching architecture and urban design at UNNC, exploring new design methods and tools, parametric design, and sustainable design.
