Bing Liu received a B.S. degree in measurement and control engineering, M.S. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent system, and Ph.D. in surveying and mapping science and technology from Information Engineering University from Zhengzhou, China, in 2013, 2016, and 2019, respectively. He is currently working at Information Engineering University as a Lecturer. His research interests include machine learning, pattern recognition, and signal processing in Earth observation. Dr. Liu is an active reviewer of the IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, the IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing, the IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, the IEEE Access, the International Journal of Remote Sensing, Remote Sensing Letter, and the Journal of Applied Remote Sensing.
