Annalisa Ciabattini is Senior researcher in the Laboratory of Molecular Microbiology and Biotechnology, University of Siena, where she coordinates a team of researchers involved in vaccinology. Her research aims to further our understanding of the immunological mechanisms elicited by vaccination against different pathogens, including SARS-CoV-2, with special attention to the antigen-specific B cell response.
