Hang Xiao is a Researcher at the Key Laboratory of Urban Environment and Health, Ningbo Observation and Research Station, Institute of Urban Environment, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Chemistry and Master’s degree in Environmental Science from
Nankai University in 1997 and 2000, respectively, earned a Master’s degree in Applied Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Environmental Chemistry from the University of Toronto in 2003 and 2008, respectively. He was a Postdoc at the University of Toronto Scarborough (September–December 2008), the NSERC Postdoc at Environment Canada (2009–2012), a Research Associate at the University of Toronto Scarborough (March–September 2012), and joined the Institute of Urban Environment, CAS, in 2012. His main research areas include environmental chemistry, atmospheric chemistry, environmental monitoring, and environmental modeling.
