Shun-Chung Wang received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1995. He is currently with the Department of Marine Engineering, National Taiwan Ocean University, Keelung City, Taiwan. His current research interests include power electronics, energy conversion control, and their applications.
