Fuli Zhong received the B.S. degree in electronic information engineering and the Ph.D. degree in navigation, guidance and control from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2011 and 2019, respectively. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the School of Systems Science and Engineering, Sun Yat-sen University. Currently, he works at the School of Mathematics and Computing Science, Guilin University of Electronic Technology, Center for Applied Mathematics of Guangxi (GUET), Guangxi Colleges and Universities Key Laboratory of Data Analysis and Computation. His research interests include machine learning, optimization, cybersecurity, cyber–physical systems, prognostics and health management, wireless communications and signal processing, state estimation, and identification and control of dynamic systems.
