I have more than 30 year of experience in food safety and science research. Specially I have skills to manage research groups, interdisciplinary groups and national and international research projects related to food safety and, particularly, with the control of the cross contamination from surfaces to foods, and the analysis and control of biofilms. I have 17 PhD directed, more than 300 papers published and a solid knowledge of food safety and management. Moreover, I have skills in the technology transfer with a technological companies created and several patents.
