Evolving from an ethical consideration to a strategic imperative, green innovation (GI) compels businesses to continually enhance their processes to achieve sustainable growth. Based on bibliometric analysis of 594 Web of Science (WOS)-sourced articles from 2000 to 2023 using VOSviewer-1.6.20 and Bibliometrix-4.3.0, this study sheds light on the existing trends of green innovation, its contributors, and potential future directions in today’s business landscape. Our findings unveil significant insights from GI literature; an upward growth trajectory in publications; limited collaboration among researchers and institutions (notable collaborative networks among countries include China, Spain, and the United Kingdom); and trending GI terms and themes include green intellectual capital, GI efficiency, green product innovation, green absorptive capacity, green knowledge acquisition, big data, etc. These insights serve as a comprehensive guide for practitioners and scholars navigating the study of GI within the business and management sphere.
Financial development is a driving factor for economic growth and is important in fostering growth. An efficient and effective financial system contributes to economic growth and fosters the performance of other economic measures. This study aims to investigate the influence of financial innovation on economic expansion to understand the correspondence between financial development and economic growth in Pakistan. Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) and Phillips Perron (PP) are used for stationarity. Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) and Error Correction Model are employed to analyze the correlation between economic growth and financial development. The finding shows that financial development stimulates economic growth. The research explains that foreign direct investment and personal remittances adversely affect GDP growth. These understandings recommend that although financial development generally promotes, its results can vary extensively and depend on specific context-dependent conditions. Furthermore, applying CUSUM AND CUSUM of square tests to measure model stability convincingly confirms a long-term relation between financial development and economic expansion, disproving the null hypothesis of no co-integration and reinforcing that financial development is essential to domestic economies. Policymakers need to practice these understandings in actionable plans by highlighting financial innovations that advance access to credit and efficiently allocate resources so investment in education and agriculture can maximize economic growth.

Developing nations, specifically lower developed nations, are becoming aid dependent in the health sector.Health is a critical factor contributing significantly to economic growth. This study aims to examine the criticality of the of Foreign Aid and Health Crisis in Pakistan. This study investigates the impact of foreign aid on Pakistan's health sector using time-series data from 2000 to 2020.To assess the stationarity of variables, the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) test is applied, while the Johansen Cointegration Test is employed to determine the short-run and long-run relationships between the variables. The findings show that the impact of foreign aid on health sector has a positive impact in Pakistan. As foreign aid increases, then there will be improvement in the health sector. The results also show that as foreign aid increases, then the child mortality rate decreases. The study also reveals that foreign aid has a negative relationship with maternal mortality rate, and it has positive relationship with GDP per capita and mother literacy.Foreign Aid do contribute to development and enhancement of healthcare infrastructure in Pakistan foreign aid can support initiatives for disease prevention and control, including vaccination campaigns, awareness programs and the establishment of public health system. Foreign aid do provide the main support during the serious health crises such as epidemics or natural disasters, helping the response to emergency situations.

The Ready-Made Garment (RMG) sector is a cornerstone of Bangladesh’s economy, contributing significantly to employment and export earnings. This study investigates the connection between Knowledge Management Practices (KMP), Transformational Leadership (TL), and Employee Learning Ability (ELA) in driving Firm Performance (FP) within the RMG industry. Using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data from 145 RMG firms were analyzed to explore how KMP and TL influence FP, with ELA acting as a mediator. The findings reveal that KMP and TL significantly enhance FP, with ELA playing a significant mediating role. Specifically, KMP positively impacts FP and ELA, while TL directly boosts both FP and ELA. ELA, in turn, strongly influences FP, highlighting its role as a bridge between KMP, TL, and FP. These results align with the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory, emphasizing the strategic importance of internal resources like knowledge, leadership, and employee capabilities in achieving competitive advantage. The study underscores the need for RMG firms to invest in KMP and TL to adopt a culture of continuous learning and innovation, thereby enhancing organizational performance. By addressing gaps in existing literature, this research provides actionable insights for RMG firms aiming to navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving global market.

Given its widespread occurrence at workplaces, Abusive supervision (ABSV); a prevalent form of destructive leadership, has attracted considerable researchers’ attention in recent years. Leveraging insights from Victim Precipitation Theory (VPT), this study recasts ABSV by focusing on subordinate attributes, through Islamic Work Ethics (ISWE). Specifically, we argue and empirically validate a model under which ISWE acts as a protective agent, slackening abusive supervisory behaviors by exerting an impact on employees' conduct. In addition, the mediating role of workplace deviance has also been investigated. With survey data from 189 full-time Pakistan-based private sector employees, structural equation modeling indicates that stronger compliance with ISWE significantly lessens workplace deviance, which further decreases the occurrence of ABSV. The findings add to the theoretical application of VPT in organizational contexts and underscores the proactive impact of employees’ religious orientation in shaping leadership dynamics. In the end, managerial & practical implications along with the avenues for future directions are presented.
