The dynamic growth in the dependence of numerous industrial sectors, businesses, and critical infrastructure on infocommunication technologies necessitates the enhancement of their resilience to cyberattacks and radio-frequency threats. This article addresses a relevant scientific and applied issue, which is to formulate prospective directions for improving the effectiveness of cybersecurity approaches for infocommunication networks through a comparative analysis and logical synthesis of the state-of-the-art of applied research on cyber threats to the information security of mobile and satellite networks, including those related to the rapid development of quantum computing technologies. The article presents results on the systematisation of cyberattacks at the physical, signalling and cryptographic levels, as well as threats to cryptographic protocols and authentication systems. Particular attention is given to the prospects for implementing post-quantum cryptography, hybrid cryptographic models and the integration of threat detection mechanisms based on machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms. The article proposes a classification of current threats according to architectural levels, analyses typical protocol vulnerabilities in next-generation mobile networks and satellite communications, and identifies key research gaps in existing cybersecurity approaches. Based on a critical analysis of scientific and applied literature, this article identifies key areas for future research. These include developing lightweight cryptographic algorithms, standardising post-quantum cryptographic models, creating adaptive cybersecurity frameworks and optimising protection mechanisms for resource-constrained devices within information and digital networks.

This article is devoted to the development and testing of a computer model of an IoT system that combines wireless network technologies for the online monitoring of climatic and soil conditions in agriculture. The system supports decision-making by predicting the probability of crop diseases. This study focuses on the processes of aggregation, wireless transmission, and processing of soil and climatic measurement data within infocommunication software and hardware solutions. This research makes both scientific and practical contributions. Specifically, it presents a computer model based on wireless sensor networks and edge-computing technologies. This model aggregates and intelligently processes agricultural monitoring data to predict crop diseases. The software component, developed using an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS), was integrated into the microcontroller unit of IoT systems for agricultural applications. This approach enabled the substantiation of an optimised algorithmic and structural organisation of the IoT system, enabling its use in designing reliable architectures for agricultural monitoring systems in open fields with decision-making support.

Reliable short-term agroclimatic forecasting is essential for precision agriculture, irrigation planning, disease-risk assessment, and microclimatic decision support. However, field-deployed sensor systems often operate under degraded data conditions, including missing measurements, noise, temporal interruptions, and limited local computational resources. These constraints make it necessary to evaluate not only forecasting accuracy under clean data, but also model robustness under realistic sensor-data degradation. The objective of this study is to compare machine-learning models for one-step-ahead agroclimatic time-series forecasting under degraded sensor-data conditions. Using a real meteorological dataset collected by a field weather station in the Dnipro region of Ukraine, twelve regression models were evaluated: Ridge Regression, Random Forest, Extra Trees, Gradient Boosting, HistGradientBoosting, Support Vector Regression, Linear SVR, KNN, PLSRegression, ElasticNet, Lasso, and MultiTaskElasticNet. The models were tested under five controlled scenarios: baseline data, missing values, additive noise, reduced training history, and combined noise–missingness degradation. Quantitatively, Ridge Regression achieved the strongest baseline temperature-forecasting performance, with MAE = 0.318 and R2 ≈ 0.98 under clean data. It also maintained R2 > 0.90 when trained on only 50% of the available history. Under Gaussian noise with σ = 0.05–0.10, Ridge Regression and HistGradientBoosting maintained R2 values in the range of 0.95–0.97, whereas under combined degradation with σ = 0.10 and 20% missing data, HistGradientBoosting retained R2 > 0.85. These findings indicate that machine-learning models differ substantially in their sensitivity to sensor-data degradation and that robustness-oriented benchmarking is necessary before selecting models for agroclimatic forecasting systems.

A new type of chaotic attractors, whose basin of attraction is the entire phase space, is considered. The main difference between these attractors and the known ones is that any trajectory starting from the basin of attraction first enters a unique transport channel (which is a straight line), and then the trajectory reaches the attractor itself along this channel. For any quadratic dynamic system generating the mentioned attractor, a new concept of a uniquely defined degenerate autonomous quadratic dynamic system with exactly one real double equilibrium point is introduced. It is shown that if the degenerate system exhibits chaotic behavior, then the original (non-degenerate) system also exhibits similar chaotic behavior.

This study evaluates the performance of classical machine learning models for one-step-ahead agroclimatic time-series forecasting under degraded sensor-data conditions. The motivation is the operation of IoT-based field monitoring systems, where measurements may be noisy, incomplete, temporally irregular, and constrained by limited local storage and computational resources. Using a real meteorological dataset collected by a field weather station in the Dnipro region of Ukraine, we compared twelve regression models: Ridge Regression, Random Forest, Extra Trees, Gradient Boosting, HistGradientBoosting, Support Vector Regression, Linear SVR, KNN, PLSRegression, ElasticNet, Lasso, and MultiTaskElasticNet. The models were evaluated under five controlled experimental scenarios: baseline data, missing values, additive noise, reduced training history, and combined noise–missingness degradation. The results indicate that Ridge Regression provides the highest accuracy under clean and mildly degraded conditions, whereas HistGradientBoosting is more stable under severe combined degradation. These findings support the use of deployment-oriented model selection for agroclimatic forecasting; however, the proposed edge/fog workflow should be interpreted as a conceptual deployment direction unless validated by direct measurements of latency, memory footprint, and energy consumption on representative hardware. The study therefore provides a benchmark for robustness-oriented model selection rather than a fully validated embedded deployment framework.
