Prof. Dr. Fabiano André Narciso Fernandes holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (1997), a master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (1999), and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (2002). He is currently a professor at the Federal University of Ceará. He has experience in the areas of Chemical Engineering and Food Engineering, working mainly at the interface between these two engineering areas. His main research focuses on Chemical Reactors, Drying, Pre-Treatments, Modeling and Simulation.
