Prof. Wen Qin

Prof. Dr. Wen Qin is a professor at the School of Food Science and Engineering of Sichuan Agricultural University. She is also a member of the Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, the Chairman of the Teaching Steering Committee of Sichuan Province, and the Academic and Technical Leader of Sichuan Province. She graduated from Southwest (Agricultural) University with a PhD in Agricultural Products Storage and Processing Engineering. She is committed to the research of post-harvest physiology and the preservation technology of fruits and vegetables, deep processing technology of agricultural products, rapid detection technology of food quality, and food quality management.
