Over the last decade, the healthcare sector has accelerated its digitization and electronic health records (EHRs). As information technology progresses, the notion of intelligent health also gathers popularity. By combining technologies such as the internet of things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI), innovative healthcare modifies and enhances traditional medical systems in terms of efficiency, service, and personalization. On the other side, intelligent healthcare systems are incredibly vulnerable to data breaches and other malicious assaults. Recently, blockchain technology has emerged as a potentially transformative option for enhancing data management, access control, and integrity inside healthcare systems. Integrating these advanced approaches in agriculture is critical for managing food supply chains, drug supply chains, quality maintenance, and intelligent prediction. This study reviews the literature, formulates a research topic, and analyzes the applicability of blockchain to the agriculture/food industry and healthcare, with a particular emphasis on AI and IoT. This article summarizes research on the newest blockchain solutions paired with AI technologies for strengthening and inventing new technological standards for the healthcare ecosystems and food industry.
The power of machine learning in understanding the patterns in data, analyzing and making decisions, has shown its importance in various sectors. Machine Learning requires reasonable amount of data to make accurate decisions. Data sharing and reliability of data is very crucial in machine learning in order to improve its accuracy. The decentralized database in Blockchain Technology emphasizes on data sharing. The consensus in Blockchain technology makes sure that data is legitimate and secured. The convergence of these two technologies can give highly accurate results in terms of machine learning with the security and reliability of Blockchain Technology. This paper gives an overview of how combining these two technologies can help in healthcare sectors.

Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) has emerged as an integral part of the smart health monitoring system in the present world. The smart health monitoring deals with not only for emergency and hospital services but also for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The industry 5.0 and 5/6G has allowed the development of cost-efficient sensors and devices which can collect a wide range of human biological data and transfer it through wireless network communication in real time. This led to real-time monitoring of patient data through multiple IoMT devices from remote locations. The IoMT network registers a large number of patients and devices every day, along with the generation of huge amount of big data or health data. This patient data should retain data privacy and data security on the IoMT network to avoid any misuse. To attain such data security and privacy of the patient and IoMT devices, a three-level/tier network integrated with blockchain and interplanetary file system (IPFS) has been proposed. The proposed network is making the best use of IPFS and blockchain technology for security and data exchange in a three-level healthcare network. The present framework has been evaluated for various network activities for validating the scalability of the network. The network was found to be efficient in handling complex data with the capability of scalability.
A smart city is a concept that leverages technology to improve the quality of life for citizens, enhance sustainability, and streamline urban services. The goal of a smart city is to use data and technology to manage resources and assets efficiently, make informed decisions, and create a more livable and thriving city for its residents. Smart cities rely on a range of technologies including the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), big data analytics, and cloud computing to gather, process, and analyze data from various sources. The aim is to create a city that is more connected, responsive, and sustainable, and that provides its residents with a better quality of life, opportunities, and services. A secure and efficient message communication protocol for sensitive information and real-time communication is critical for the functioning of a smart city environment. The main findings of this paper are to develop a new authentication protocol that meets the specific requirements and constraints of smart city applications. The message communication between smart cities is conducted with the help of a gateway. The challenge in constructing a working, viable infrastructure for a smart city is to provide secure authentication for message communication between the user and gateway node in one network, and the gateway node of one network to the gateway node of the other network. The objective for doing research to develop an authentication protocol that ensures the privacy and security of data transmitted in smart city applications while maintaining a lightweight and efficient design. This paper proposes a secure authentication protocol and key establishment scheme for access to the application in smart cities to make feasible access through the IoT environment. The proposed protocol ensures the mutual authentication between user and gateways, and the security analysis shows that the proposed protocol is effective against energy consumption and have less computational cost. The performance of the proposed method is analyzed and tested using BAN Logic and AVISPA security verification to confirm the authenticity of the security protocol. We do compare with past studies of which our proposed method outperformed.
As days are passing online payments is getting popular and for this people uses various modes of payment like Debit card, Credit Card, electronic wallet, e-banking etc. People purchase products over the internet and also pay the bill online, which is easy to implement and also saves the time. But the only question that comes in the mind of every person is about the security of data which has been shared by the person while on-line payments. In this paper we tried to answer certain queries related to security of online payments and also discussed various ways to overcome security threats related to online payments.
Agriculture is the backbone of any developing country for their sustainable development. So, it is our responsibility to educate the society regarding the sustainable development of agriculture. In the last 10-15 years, technology has been developing at a rapid speed. Various researchers are giving more emphasis to applying technology to agriculture. This is called smart farming. Smart farming uses computer technology and communication for greater yield and production of crops. This chapter studies the various technological developments in the field of smart farming. A few of them are related to internet of things (IOT), wireless communication, irrigation system, and agriculture automation. This chapter helps the new researchers in the field of smart farming to understand the current technological developments.
