Prof. Dr. Chenlu Zhang is a professor, master’s supervisor, and vice dean of the School of Biological Sciences and Engineering at Shaanxi University of Technology. She graduated from Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University with a major in medicinal botany. She has been engaged in scientific research and services for bulk medicinal materials in southern Shaanxi for a long time, mainly conducting research in the secondary metabolism and regulation of medicinal plants, quality control technology of Chinese medicinal materials, processing technology of decoction pieces, quality standard system of Chinese medicine, and research and development of health products.
