MELINDA DINCĂ is researcher and manager of the EEA Grants 18-COP-0016 Classroom Laboratory project. She is an Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology, West University of Timișoara, Romania, has a Ph.D. in Sociology at the University of Bucharest (2008), and over 20 years of background as a sociologist, researcher, and teacher in social sciences. Her areas of research interests include Social Identity dynamics in multicultural communities; Diversity management and local governance; Social Inclusion and equal access policies and programs (on education, housing, living conditions, work integration, urban infrastructure, mobility).
