In Indonesia, tomato is one of the horticultural products with the highest economic value. To maintain enhanced tomato plant production, it is necessary to monitor the growth of tomato plants, particularly the leaves. The quality and quantity of tomato plant production can be preserved with the aid of computer technology. It can identify diseases in tomato plant leaves. An algorithm for deep learning with a DenseNet architecture was implemented in this study. Multiple hyperparameter tests were conducted to determine the optimal model. Using two hidden layers, a DenseNet trainable layer on dense block 5, and a dropout rate of 0.4, the optimal model was constructed. The 10-fold cross-validation evaluation of the model yielded an accuracy value of 95.7 percent and an F1-score of 95.4 percent. To recognize tomato plant leaves, the model with the best assessment results was implemented in a mobile application.

Annually, the best Rayon selection is conducted by the assessment team of PT.PLN (Persero) Cirebon with the goal to increase the spirit of company members in providing an improved service for customers. However, there is a problem in multiple criteria decision making in this case, which is the importance intensity of each criterion in the selection are often assessed subjectively. To solve this problem, Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process are used to cover AHP scale deficiency in the form of 'crisp' numbers. So, it should be considered to use Fuzzy logic approach to handle uncertainty. Fuzzy approach, especially triangular fuzzy number towards AHP scale, are expected to minimize the handling of subjective input, which then will make a more objective result. Thus, this research was conducted to help the management or assessment team in the selection of the best Rayon with a more objective selection in according to the company criteria.

Kebutuhan akan hunian yang terus meningkat di Manhattan telah mendorong fokus pada solusi hunian vertikal, seperti apartemen, sambil tetap menjaga integritas bangunan bersejarah yang memiliki nilai budaya dan arsitektural. Penelitian ini mengembangkan dashboard properti berbasis web menggunakan teknologi seperti SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, dan Looker studio untuk menampilkan data penjualan properti yang terorganisir. Dashboard ini menawarkan fitur untuk top produk (unit hunian dan komersial), grafik pertumbuhan (termasuk total penjualan bulanan, transaksi per wilayah, dan transaksi gedung teratas), serta masukan pengguna. Platform ini meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan analisis data, dengan saran untuk integrasi data real-time dan eksplorasi fitur visualisasi tambahan untuk memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam kepada pengguna.
