Jiong-Peng Zhao received his PhD from Nankai University in 2010 under the supervision of Prof. Xian-He Bu. He then joined Tianjin University of Technology and has been a full professor since 2021. During 2013–2017 he pursued postdoctoral work under the supervision of Prof. Jian-Rong Li at Beijing University of Technology. His current research interests focus on the design and synthesis of coordination complexes with intriguing structures and potential functions in the field of molecular magnetism, electrochemistry and multiferroics.
