Prof. Dr. Christoph Frank Dietrich, MBA, is a Head of the Department Allgemeine Innere Medizin der Kliniken (DAIM) Hirslanden Beau Site, Salem und Permanence, Bern, Switzerland. He is a specialist in gastroenterology and proctology, hematology–oncology and palliative care, pneumology and geriatric medicine. He was President of the European Federation of Societies for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology (EFSUMB), 2013–2015. He is currently Treasurer of the World Federation of Societies for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology (WFUMB).
