Isabella D’Antuono received her PhD in Food Science and Technology from the University of Basilicata in 2010. She is a Food Technologist, Research Assistant, and Researcher at the Institute of Sciences of Food Production, National Research Council (CNR). Her research focuses on food processing, nutrition, human health, cosmetics and supplements, with research interest in nutraceuticals and functional foods. She has published several articles and is actively involved in national and international projects as Principal Investigator, WP Leader, and participant.
