Lucija Vejmelka, PhD, is Assistant Professor at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law, Department of Social Works and Editor in Chief of the Journal Ljetopis socijalnog rada/ Annual of Social Work (WOS and SOCPUS). Her primary scientific interest is in the fields of child wellbeing, alternative child care, foster families, digital tools and competencies, problematic usage of internet, professional communication, qualitative research methods, and scientific publication. She has published several scientific and professional papers and has participated actively in a number of national and international scientific conferences and international activities in addition to teaching at international universities. She actively participates in COST actions granted by the European Commission.
