Biography
Dr. Fan "Frank" Xue has an interdisciplinary background in Automation (BEng), Computer Science (MSc), Industrial and Systems Engineering (PhD), and Construction Management (PostDoc/RAP). He is currently an Associate Professor with the University of Hong Kong (HKU). His research interests include: (1) urban semantics and computing, (2) optimization algorithms, (3) machine learning, (4) urban sensing, (5) applied blockchain, and (6) professional software.
