Zhengquan Su is a Professor at Guangdong Engineering Research Center of Natural Products and New Drugs, Guangdong Provincial University Engineering Technology Research Center of Natural Products and Drugs, Guangdong Pharmaceutical University, Guangzhou, China. He earned his B.S. in Chemistry at Henan University in 1986 and received his M.S. in Analytical Chemistry, Northwestern University, in 1989. He is mainly engaged in the research and development of natural medicines, traditional Chinese medicines and functional foods and their mechanism of action.
