Biography

I am a Research Technologist at the Council for Agricultural Research and Economics – Research Centre for Policies and Bioeconomy (CREA-PB), where I conduct research on sustainable agricultural systems, with a particular focus on water resources management under climate change. I hold a master degree in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences and a Ph.D. in Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods, which has provided me with an interdisciplinary perspective at the intersection of agronomy, environmental sustainability, and resource economics. My research focuses on the sustainable management of water resources in agriculture, including irrigation planning, water scarcity assessment, wastewater reuse, and climate change adaptation strategies. I am particularly interested in the application of quantitative methods, geospatial analysis, and modelling approaches to support evidence-based decision-making and improve the resilience of agricultural systems. My work aims to contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable solutions for enhancing water use efficiency and promoting the transition towards climate-resilient and resource-efficient agriculture.
