Prof. Ci-Ling Pan is a Professor Emeritus at the Department of Physics and honorary Life Chair at the College of Science, National Tsing Hua University. He is a Fellow of the American Physical Society (APS), the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), OPTICA, and SPIE.
