Giampaolo Pompeo, Senior Biologist at ISPRO (Institute for Cancer Research, Prevention and Clinical Network), Florence, Italy. My work focus on HPV-based diagnostics, cytology (cervix, anus and ROSE on liver, lung, kidney, bone, lymphnode). My principal interest is the study and optimization of cancer screening programs (cervical, anal, and colorectal). I'm affiliated with GISCi (Italian Group for Cervical Cancer Screening), I'm a member of the Steering committee of SICI (Italian society of Cytology) and I'm author of several peer-reviewed publications in this field.
