I have been working in İnönü University on the department of Molecular Biology and Genetics for more than 10 years. My research fields are Genotoxicity including Comet, Micronucleus and Sister Chromatid Exchange assays, Cytotoxicity using MTT & WST-8 assays, DNA Binding & Cleavage Studies of organometallic complexes via agarose gel electrophoresis and ctDNA, Antimicrobial Activity such as Zone of Inhibition and MIC and in vitro Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress investigation.
