Background/Objectives: Mobile health applications are essential for improving healthcare access and promoting healthy lifestyles. This study investigates the roles of perceived ease of use, usefulness, and satisfaction in shaping behavioral intentions using the Technology Acceptance Model. Methods: A survey of 329 mobile health application users in Korea was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling to test hypothesized relationships. Results: The findings indicate that perceived ease of use positively influences perceived usefulness (H1). Customer satisfaction is positively influenced by both the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness (H2 and H3). Furthermore, behavioral intention is affected by perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and customer satisfaction (H4 through H6). Conclusions: The findings from this study elucidate how mobile health applications can enhance users’ perceptions of ease of use and usefulness, thereby influencing their behavioral intentions through increased satisfaction. This research also advances our understanding of application services and informs the development of effective operational and marketing strategies.

Background/Objectives: Smartphone-based leisure reservation platforms increasingly shape how individuals participate in leisure, yet little is known about how such technology-mediated engagement influences users’ awareness of multidimensional health benefits. The purpose of this study is to investigate how regular users of smartphone-based leisure reservation platforms perceive multidimensional health benefits associated with their leisure activities. Methods: Based on a constructivist/interpretivist approach, this study applied Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Ten participants with at least one year of platform use completed semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed through iterative coding and theme development, with trustworthiness ensured through member checking, peer debriefing, and triangulation. Results: Participants reported three dimensions of health awareness. (1) App-enabled accessibility as a catalyst for physical health awareness (i.e., physical health benefits) included improved vitality and increased motivation to maintain exercise routines. (2) App-based planning and anticipation in supporting mental well-being (i.e., mental health benefits) involved stress reduction, emotional recovery, enjoyment, and heightened self-care awareness. (3) Platform-mediated social encounters and the construction of social health (i.e., social health benefits) reflected expanded social networks, strengthened interpersonal relationships, and a greater sense of belonging fostered through shared leisure experiences. Conclusions: Smartphone-based leisure platforms play a meaningful role in enhancing users’ awareness of multidimensional health benefits. By improving accessibility, diversifying leisure options, and facilitating social interaction, these platforms support holistic well-being. The findings contribute to understanding technology-mediated leisure and offer practical implications for designing digital leisure services that promote physical, mental, and social health.

A total of 332 questionnaires were collected for the analysis by utilizing convenience sampling among non-probability sampling methods. For data processing, the SPSS and AMOS programs were used, and the data were analyzed using positive factors analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, according to the analysis result of the relationship between fun factor and leisure immersion of marine leisure sports participants, both cognitive and behavioral immersion, the sub-factors of leisure immersion, have a significant effect on fun factors. Second, according to the analysis result of the relationship between fun factor and psychological well-being of marine leisure sports participants, pleasure enjoyment, immersion, self-realization, and confidence, the sub-factors of psychological well-being, significantly affect fun factors. Third, according to the analysis result of the relationship between leisure immersion and psychological well-being of marine leisure sports participants, both cognitive and behavioral immersion have a significant effect on all sub-factors of psychological well-being.

This study aimed to examine the forms of golf experiences as serious leisure among Korean older adults and to explore in-depth through phenomenological research the perspectives on such leisure activities and the meanings of actual experiences in the process of enjoying leisure. Using snowball sampling, a total of six research participants who enjoy golf experiences as serious leisure were selected, and data were collected and analyzed through in-depth interviews and participant observations conducted over approximately three months from May to August 2024. Based on this, the collected content was initially coded, repeatedly reviewed, and systematically organized and categorized. In the second stage, the context and meaning of the identified topics and phenomena were confirmed and classified to derive results. The analyzed results were as follows: freedom and liberation, emotional stability and stress relief, social connection and belongingness, and reconstruction of self-identity and life values emerged as themes.
