Jinlai Zhao is currently an associate researcher in College of Materials Science and Engineering, Shenzhen University. He received master degree in materials engineering from Shenzhen University in 2013. He received Ph.D. degree from Macao University Science and Technology (MUST) in 2020. He was awarded Macao Special Administrative Region Postgraduate Research and Development in 2020. He is now a Shenzhen Peacock Overseas high-level talent Class C. He has published about 40 SCI peer-reviewed journal papers with about 2700 citations, H-index is 25. His research focuses on the anisotropic photodetectors and stress control of two-dimensional materials (MoS2, Black phosphorus etc.), the mechanical performance for soft materials by atomic force microscope (AFM).
