Dr. Mingming Zhong is a lecturer at the School of Food and Biological Engineering, Jiangsu University. She is also a reviewer for Food Chemistry, LWT-Food Science and Technology, and Frontiers in Sustainable Food Systems. Her research areas include the construction and characterization of protein-based nanocarrier systems, as well as the study of protein self-assembly mechanisms. She has participated in the publication of over 30 papers, including 14 as the first author, holds one patent, and has been involved in one National Natural Science Foundation general project, one Young Scientists Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China project, and one Heilongjiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation project.
