Claudia Gonzalez Viejo received her Bachelor of Food Industries Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico, and her Master of Food Science and PhD from The University of Melbourne, Australia. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow in Digital Agriculture, Food, and Wine Sciences at the University of Melbourne.
