Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) refers to a highly targeted, sophisticated, and prolonged form of cyberattack, typically directed at specific organizations or individuals. The primary objective of such attacks is the theft of sensitive information or the disruption of critical operations. APT attacks are characterized by their stealth and complexity, often resulting in significant economic losses. Furthermore, these attacks may lead to intelligence breaches, operational interruptions, and even jeopardize national security and political stability. Given the covert nature and extended durations of APT attacks, current detection solutions encounter challenges such as high detection difficulty and insufficient accuracy. To address these limitations, this paper proposes an innovative high-accuracy APT attack detection model, CNN-KOA-BiGRU, which integrates Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Units (BiGRU), and the Kepler optimization algorithm (KOA). The model first utilizes CNN to extract spatial features from network traffic data, followed by the application of BiGRU to capture temporal dependencies and long-term memory, thereby forming comprehensive temporal features. Simultaneously, the Kepler optimization algorithm is employed to optimize the BiGRU network structure, achieving globally optimal feature weights and enhancing detection accuracy. Additionally, this study employs a combination of sampling techniques, including Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) and Tomek links, to mitigate classification bias caused by dataset imbalance. Evaluation results on the CSE-CIC-IDS2018 experimental dataset demonstrate that the CNN-KOA-BiGRU model achieves superior performance in detecting APT attacks, with an average accuracy of 98.68%. This surpasses existing methods, including CNN (93.01%), CNN-BiGRU (97.77%), and Graph Convolutional Network (GCN) (95.96%) on the same dataset. Specifically, the proposed model demonstrates an accuracy improvement of 5.67% over CNN, 0.91% over CNN-BiGRU, and 2.72% over GCN. Overall, the proposed model achieves an average improvement of 3.1% compared to existing methods.

Knowledge graph conflict resolution is a method to solve the knowledge conflict problem in constructing knowledge graphs. The existing methods ignore the time attributes of facts and the dynamic changes of the relationships between entities in knowledge graphs, which is liable to cause high error rates in dynamic knowledge graph construction. In this article, we propose a knowledge graph conflict resolution method, knowledge graph evolution algorithm based on deep learning (Kgedl), which can resolve facts confliction with high precision by combing time attributes, semantic embedding representations, and graph structure features. Kgedl first trains the semantic embedding vector through the relationships between entities. Then, the path embedding vector is trained from the graph structures of knowledge graphs, and the time attributes of entities are combined with the semantic and path embedding vectors. Finally, Kgedl uses a recurrent neural network to make the inconsistent facts appear in the dynamic evolution of the knowledge graph consistent. A large number of experiments on real datasets show that Kgedl outperforms the state-of-the-art methods. Especially, Kgedl achieves 23% higher performance than the classical method numerical Probabilistic Soft Logic (nPSL).in the metric HITS@10. Also, extensive experiments verified that our proposal possess better robustness by adding noise data.

In order to satisfy the growing need for high-quality video, VVC comes with more efficient coding performance. According to statistical analysis, the level of coding complexity in VVC is tenfold greater compared to that of HEVC, so it is our main goal to study that what methods can be employed to decrease the time complexity of VVC. CU split in intra-frame modes requires the split mode decision by RD loss calculation, and the process of coding makes it to calculate RD calculation for all possible mode combinations, which is an important area that brings complexity to video coding, so in order to achieve our goal. Initially, we introduce an optimal depth prediction algorithm for Coding Units (CUs) by leveraging temporal combination. This algorithm collects depth information of CUs to predict the coding depth of CU blocks. Additionally, we suggest a decision tree-based method for CU split mode decision. With this method, we can make a decision on the CU split mode within the obtained split depth, reducing the time complexity of coding. This decision is based on the predictions from the first algorithm. The results demonstrate that our algorithm achieves superior performance over state-of-the-art methods in terms of computational complexity and compression quality. Compared to the VVC reference software (VTM), our method saves an average of 53.92% in coding time and improves the BDBR by 1.74%. These findings suggest that our method is highly effective in improving both computational efficiency and compression quality.
