Marcos A. E. Chaparro earned, from the Universidad Nacional del Centro UNCPBA, an MSc in Physics (1999) and a Doctorate in Physics (2005). He is now the Researcher of the National National Scientific and Technical Research Council CONICET (Argentina). His work in Environmental Magnetism has resulted in 84 publications, 183 presentations, conferences, and courses. His research interests include environmental magnetism, magnetic properties of materials and minerals, soil magnetism, air particle pollution, magnetic monitoring, and magnetic biomonitoring of airborne particles.
