Yibeltal Chanie Manie received the B.Sc. degree in information science from Jimma University, Jimma, Ethiopia, in 2010, the M.Sc. degree in information science from Addis Ababa University, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the National Taipei University of Technology, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2020. He is currently a Post-doctoral Researcher with the Department of Electro Optical Engineering, National Taipei University of Technology. His current research interests include optical wireless communication, free-space optics, fiber sensor network, and machine learning.
