Prof. Dr. João J Sousa is an associate professor at Faculty
of Pharmacy, University of Coimbra, Portugal. He completed his Master’s degree
in Pharmacy from the same school where he is working. He was invited to be a lecturer
at both the national and international levels and participated in several oral
communications. Furthermore, he has published more than 100 papers in various
journals, in which his research interests include pharmaceutical technology,
extended release dosage forms, microgranules, and transdermal systems.
