2021 April. She has become an independent expert. Previously executive researcher at the CREA-Council for Agricultural Research and Economics - Research Centre for Food and Nutrition, Rome, Italy. She participated in the data processing and database design in 1980-84, was part of the coordinating team in 1994-96, and coordinated the nationwide dietary surveys INRAN-SCAI 2005-06, and IV SCAI 2014-2020 (EFSA’s EU Menu Programme). She gained experience in designing and managing nutritional database systems, studying food classification and coding, projects aimed at developing research infrastructures and food system analysis. Overall, she has participated in more than 120 national and international projects.
