Dr. Peng Yue received the B.S. degree in geodesy and survey engineering from Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping, Wuhan, China, in 2000, the M.S. degree in geodesy and survey engineering from the State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying Mapping and Remote Sensing (LIESMARS), Wuhan University, Wuhan, in 2003, and the Ph.D. degree in geographic information system (GIS) from LIESMARS in 2007. His doctoral research was conducted at George Mason University, Fairfax, VA, USA, from 2004 to 2007.
