I have experience in Food Science and Technology, with an emphasis on postharvest physiology of plant products, working primarily on the following topics: food technology, postharvest of fruits and vegetables, bioactive compounds, and phytotherapeutic properties of plant products. I am a member of the Biochemistry, Physiology, and Technology research group and the Fruit Growing group.
