Horațiu Catalano is an associate professor in the Department of the Science of Education at The Faculty of Psychology and The Science of Education from Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca. He has a bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, a PhD in Educational Sciences, and is a PhD coordinator and a supervisor for students in the Educational Sciences studies. He is also the coordinator of the programs for the continuous professional development for teachers offered by the Department of the Science of Education. He has an extensive teaching experience in higher education. He has published books as a single author, and has edited and coordinated volumes as a single coordinator, collective volumes, and national and international journals.
