I'm interested in infectious diseases and immunology. The intersection between innate immunity and infections fascinats me since many years. This research field allows to study many aspects like treatment or manipulation of innate immune cells participating in this process. Further, new in vitro techniques like 3D cell culture supports the investigation of new issues in a more realistic way.
